This fashion week was a special one for London, marking 40 years since its debut and it didn't disappoint. The sun was shining and the fashions it-team were out in full force buzzing around London almost in its entirety for show after show.

The big names of fashion came out to show off London's history and proving it’s space as one of fashion's long standing capitals, while the fresher brands like Tolu Coker and Labrum gave a nod to London being the creative hub, wowing audiences with new ideas, dancing catwalks and breathing life into the way we dress.

Simone Rocha championed ballet core with the grand backdrop of the The Old Bailey highlighting the beautiful collection.

Roksanda showcased volume, colour blocking, artistic dresses and elevated tailoring.

JW Anderson says the mini dress is here to stay, showcasing a variety of the style in sequins, very chunky knits, asymmetric draping, playful oversized draping and printed fabrics.

Erdem whispered to the 20s with drop waist dresses, beautiful crystal embroidered sheer fabrics, sharp tailoring and a pastel colour palette flowing through to bold greens and pinks with more modern layering, fisherman knit dresses and peek-a-boo lace.

Labrum made history for Arsenal by taking over The Emirates Stadium with soft neutrals and pastels galore paired with reconstructed tailoring.

Tolu Coker got the audience's energy up with models dancing down the catwalk to live music and 60s/70s feminine silhouettes in bold colours and prints.
