DJO at London’s iconic O2 Kentish Forum
25th June 2025
DJO embarked on a string of three sold-out shows at London’s iconic O2 Kentish Forum. Known widely for his acting ventures in the hit Netflix series ‘Stranger Things’, Joe Keery has made a massive name for himself in Hollywood, and his music is an amazing addition to his already long list of talents and achievements.
The show was an ecstatic, hypnotic ride from start to finish. Kicking things off with “Runner,” Joe eased the crowd into a synth-heavy atmosphere that only grew more as the night went on. Wearing a cap and maintaining his signature laid-back charm, He came across as effortlessly cool - completely relaxed and comfortable, but in control at the same time.
The energy in the room was electric from the second he stepped onto the stage. Fans didn’t just sing along; they shrieked every word with excitement, whether it was to the chart-topping and viral “End of Beginning” or lesser-known deep cuts that still got just as much love. The set-list was a fan’s dream: unpredictable yet perfectly curated.
Visually, the show contained strobe-heavy flashes and saturated colour bursts that filled the stage and reflected onto the crowd, creating an atmosphere that was intense, sometimes disorienting, but never distracting. It all added to the feeling of being fully immersed inside DJO’s music when it comes to life on stage.
Keery’s ability to blend emotional depth with pure sonic fun is part of what makes DJO such a compelling live act. It’s a performance style that feels effortlessly cool and grounded, yet theatrical and experimental.
By the end of the night, the crowd was absolutely buzzing. The gig was phenomenal from start to finish, and Joe did not let the energy drop. We can’t wait to catch him next time he’s in London!
