Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Vermantics is an impeccable upcoming Rock band consisting of its four talented members- Stefan Fedele, Daniel Fedele, Jack Stevenson and Julian Perrotta.

Their new single "Thinking of You" exhumes the classic rock vibe amalgamating with a heartwarming message to a loved one.

They recently joined hands with the sensational "the Superjesus" on their "Lights Out" tour and are all set to headline a show on November 18th in Adelaide in order to launch their new upcoming EP "Tomorrow Might Be Too Late" alongside also putting out their novel offering "adore you".

It's quite clear Vermantics has a lot going on for this year and planned out for their future.

We recently had a discussion with the wonderful and wickedly talented members of Vermantics about insights into their recent offering "Thinking of You" and what their fans can expect from the future of Vermantics.

Hi there guys, thank you for joining us on ReVamp! How are you all doing?

Thank you for having us, we’re doing great!

I'd love to start this interview by diving into your recent release "Thinking of You". First of all, huge congratulations on the project! Can you walk me through the entire creative process of the track?

Thanks so much! We were just literally sitting around the computer brainstorming melodies until something cool came out. We then took it to a band rehearsal and started playing it live and the response was great - so we decided to get into the studio to record it.

What was the initial inspiration behind this song and how would you say has it been transformed from it's inception to the final track that is out there?

The inspiration behind the song came from the feeling of being scared to tell someone how you really feel about them. It made us feel a certain way that is hard to describe. The emotion we captured when writing the music and lyrics really came out in the early stages of the demo which then went on into the pre-production and followed into the recording process.

"Vermantics" is such a unique name for a band! How did this particular name come into existence?

Shhhh it’s a secret!

Now that the track is officially out, how would you say has been the general response like from your fans in terms of this song? Are you enjoying the reception you have garnered so far?

It’s been super surreal. The reaction has been great and we’ve loved hearing everyones thoughts!

Who are your personal inspirations when it comes to creating music? Anyone specific on your radar that you'd love to collaborate with?

We all individually have different inspirations. A couple bands bands that who really inspire our creative process would be Nothing But Thieves & Silverchair.

I see you're also about to open for the wonderful "The Superjesus" on the 22nd of September. Goodluck on that! How is the anticipation period going for you all? Feeling nervous or excited in terms of this specific endeavour?

Thanks so much! We’re extremely excited for this show. We’ve been following the career of The Superjesus since we were kids. Feels surreal to be opening for them!

What are some specific things on your bucket list that you'd really like to achieve as a band in your future years?

A goal of ours would be to play at the Reading and Leeds Festival. Releasing our debut album is also on the list!

What's next for you all? Any upcoming projects/collaborations you'd like to hint your fans about?

We currently have an EP in the works which we’re super excited about. We also have a bunch of new shows to announce too!

(Thank you for taking out your time for this interview!) Lastly, I'd love to know if there's any message that you'd all like to convey to your fans who might be currently reading this interview?

Thank you for having us! We’d love to say a huge thank you to everyone who supports this project, it means so much to us. We’re loving being on this journey with everyone and we can’t wait to see where it goes!
