My name is Andréa Lino, I am a 20-year-old freelance photographer who aspires to work in the creative industry. From being a production assistant and creating my own short films. Photography has been my leading portfolio since 2016, I specialize in glamour photography and events.

Peaches and I met when we practiced at the weekly Bristol Ballroom classes, I remember her posture was perfect, and her beauty radiated from across the room. The day she won the Sex Siren category and sat next to me. We instantly made a liking for each other and wanted to work together creatively. Sex Siren category’s in ballrooms allow people to unleash their inner sexual being, this involves showing lots of skin, giving a sultry stripe tease for the crowd and judges, and embodying the most sexual version of themselves without fear or judgment. Bristol Ballroom scene is beautifully run by Aysha, who runs classes twice a week, and a safe, social space for queer people. I photographed Bristol’s first ball that she put together!

This project in particular makes me feel so free as a creative person. Peach and I worked together amongst a small team of friends to create three stand-out looks that told a story. As well as an ode to Peach’s ballroom contributions. The confidence and beauty you see on camera were magical to work with in real life. You may see a sexy blonde bombshell, but underneath that lies an educated, genuinely kind person who wants the best for people. Surprisingly, this is her first-ever photoshoot! In the future, we will go on to make other photoshoots that show her versatility.
